To the attention of undergraduate applicants admitted to Baku Higher Oil School!
The registration process for undergraduate applicants admitted to higher education institutions will start on 09/05/2023 at 11:00.
Applicants must register the on the platform https://portal.edu.az/ by September 14, 18:00.
On entering the cabinet created in the process of registration on the portal, the applicant must select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education" from the list of offered services.
The applicant must upload the following documents to the portal:
1. Copy of High School Diploma (college/university graduates must submit respective graduation diplomas/certificates)
2. Copy of Military Service Call-Up Card (for boys only)
3. Copy of Certificate of Tuition Fee Exemption Status/Tuition Fee Concession Status
On completing the registration on the portal, the applicant must submit physically the following documents in the Khatai Corpus of Baku Higher Oil School:
- Original of High School Diploma
- Copy of ID (2 copies)
- Bachelor's Degree Enrolment Certificate issued by the State Examination Centre
- Health Certificate (Form No. 086)
- 4 colored photos (3x4 cm)
- Curriculum Vitae
- The applicants eligible for social benefits (IDPs, disabled persons, etc.) must submit the notarized copies of the relevant documents *
- Copy of Tuition Receipt
- Copy of Military ID and Conscription Card (for boys only)
- Copy of ID card of one of the parents (guardian) of the applicant under the age of 18 (for Pension Card)
