He is one of the 31 students of Baku Higher Oil School who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

Safaddin graduated from the “Ankara School” school-lyceum.

He says that Baku Higher Oil School trains highly skilled specialists.

“Baku Higher Oil School organizes internship programs for students. Classes are conducted in English language at this university. While gaining academic knowledge, BHOS students acquire computer skills as well. All this provides ample opportunities for graduates of Baku Higher Oil School”.
