Nubar graduated from the Humanitarian and Technical Lyceum in Balakan city.

She is one of the 31 students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

Nubar says that the main reason why she chose BHOS is that classes are conducted in English at this university and that BHOS offers a wide range of opportunities to its students and graduates.

“My teachers advised me to enter Baku Higher Oil School. They gave me a lot of information about this university. They said that Baku Higher Oil School is a university that provides the highest quality education to young people. I also did some research on this university. Following my teachers’ advice, I chose Baku Higher Oil School for the opportunities and high-quality education it provides to its students.”
