He is one of the 31 students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

Vagif graduated from Turkey Diyanet Foundation Baku Turkish Lyceum with a Certificate of Distinction.

Vagif says that he chose Baku Higher Oil School even though he received a place offer from Turkish universities.

“My goal was to enter Baku Higher Oil School. BHOS provides high-quality education and a wide variety of social activity opportunities. My goal now is to graduate from the university as a Presidential scholar.”
