Umman is one of the 31 students of Baku Higher Oil School who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

He scored the highest score among applicants from Sheki city.

Umman graduated from a secondary school in Bash Shabalid village in Sheki district with a Certificate of Distinction.

While studying in the secondary school, he set himself the goal to enter Baku Higher Oil School.

“This university provides its graduates with a wide range of employment opportunities and the chance to continue their studies abroad. Teaching in English is one of its advantages.”
