Psychology session held at Baku Higher Oil School

 The Psychology Club of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has held a psychology session on the topic “Worthlessness”.  

At the meeting held with the participation of psychologist Khanim Rzayeva, the students were given information about the concept of low self-esteem, the manifestation of this problem in individuals and the ways to get out of it.

During the session, Khanim Rzayeva made a presentation on the emergence of the feeling of worthlessness, its initial stages, and the psychological and physical manifestation of it.

The event continued in the format of discussions and concluded with a question-and-answer session.
