He is one of the 31 students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship this year.

Khagani is a graduate of the Mingachevir City Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Humanities Oriented Lyceum.

He scored the highest score among applicants from Mingachevir city in the exams conducted by the State Examination Center.

Khagani says that he chose Baku Higher Oil School on his teachers’ advice.

“I heard a lot about the environment here and the quality of education. My teachers told me that BHOS provides high-quality education in English language and they advised me to enter this university. Therefore, I chose Baku Higher Oil School after getting a high score. I am very happy to be a BHOS student.”
