Call for Erasmus+ KA107 Staff Mobility 2022/2023 at the Universidad de León (Spain)

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program (Key Action 107) the Universidad de León has been the beneficiary of a grant destined to finance mobility stays during the 2022/2023 academic year. Under the 2020-1-ES01-KA107-080449 project and in partnership with the Baku Higher Oil School (Azerbaijan), the Vice Rectorate for Internationalisation of the Universidad de León offers 1 grant for teaching mobility and 2 grant for administrative staff mobility at the Universidad de León.

Requirements

• Applicants must be faculty member (for teaching mobility) and full time staff member (for administrative mobility) at Baku Higher Oil School (Azerbaijan)

• Applicants will have to fill in a Mobility Agreement ( after selection)

• Beneficiaries will need to take an accident and emergency insurance that covers the duration of their mobility including the travel days, the Oncampus insurance is required for the expense coverage.

• Mobility must be completed before end of July 2023.

Financial support

Each grant will be financed as follows:

• Individual support: 160 € per day (5 days of activity + 2 days of travel = 1.120€)

• Travel expenses: 820 €.

Time

The period of stay comprises 5 activity days and 2 days of travel. An activity day cannot coincide with a travel day

• Proposal (max 2 pages) – stating your plan for the activities days. (For teaching motilities, 8 teaching hours need to be arranged with ULE.)

• Copy of passport

Selection criteria

Nominees are selected according to their proposals regarding their speciality will contribute to the prospective mutual collaboration between the two Universities.
