BHOS students meet with Deputy Minister

A group of students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has met with Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rovshan Rustamov. The meeting was held as part of the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions" implemented by the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF). 14 BHOS students, including 4 Presidential Scholars, who had distinguished themselves in the trainings held at Baku Higher Oil School, were invited to the meeting with Rovshan Rustamov.

First, IEPF President Umud Mirzayev informed the gathering about the project. Then, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rovshan Rustamov had a sincere conversation with the students. He spoke about his career path, the challenges he faced, his student years and his life journey. Rovshan Rustamov said that learning is a way of life and he trusts the Azerbaijani youth. He stressed that the key to success begins with hard work and science. "An ordinary person with clear goals achieves many times more than a person with an innate talent who doesn’t know what he exactly wants."

The Deputy Minister answered the students' questions and told them about the priorities of his work and personal life.

It should be noted that in 2022, 54 trainings on 6 topics were conducted for 904 students at 10 higher education institutions and the IEPF’s central office within the framework of the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions" implemented by the IEPF with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
