BHOS hosts Doors Open Days
Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has held Doors Open Days for university applicants and their parents.
The goal of Doors Open Days was to inform applicants about the university’s educational programs, the international educational environment created at BHOS, and other opportunities offered by the university to its students. During the event, the university applicants and their parents also participated in the tour to the university campus.
More than 100 applicants and parents participated in the event, which started with a familiarization tour of the university campus. During the tour, the guests viewed the Congress Hall, the Oil Museum, a library, a swimming pool, two indoor sports halls, a student canteen, classrooms, modern learning labs, a fitness center, an artificial turf stadium, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a track and field pitch, and the Student House.
They were also provided information about the activities of the university, the new campus, general statistical indicators per years, the minimum passing scores per specialties, foreign partner companies and universities, the curricula, the internal disciplinary rules, workshops held at BHOS, internship programs implemented at local and transnational companies, etc.
At the end the event, the university applicants and their parents received answers to their questions.
