BHOS students volunteer at international event

Students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) have volunteered at the 11th Conference of Tourism Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIS) held in Baku.

Hamid Hashimzade, Elturan Eyvazov and Murad Aliyev, BHOS students majoring in Business Administration, worked as part of the group providing high quality service to the conference participants. The students helped pick up guests at the airport, accommodate them in hotels, and prepare conference rooms. They also provided translations services to foreign guests.

More than 160 representatives from 39 countries, including the Secretary General of the OIC, Hissein Ibrahim Taha, tourism ministers and deputy ministers of the member states, ambassadors, representatives of the international organizations that are 7 sub-institutes of the OIC, government officials and experts, took part in the conference, which was organized by the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
