BHOS employees participate in workshop

Employees of the Economics and Accounting Department of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) have participated in a workshop organized by the Association of Professional Financial Managers of Azerbaijan.  

The topic of the workshop was “How to properly use our psycho-emotional resources in financial management.”

The two-day event was held in Mingachevir.

The workshop was attended by four employees of the Economics and Accounting Department of BHOS.

The purpose of the workshop was to teach the participants to make correct decisions in stressful work situations and achieve maximum results by analyzing properly the situation.

One of the topics discussed at the workshop was the ways of applying modern theoretical knowledge in management to prevent risks that may arise in the financial, economic and managerial activities of organizations and companies due to the moral and psychological qualities of employees.

The event was also attended by economists from other well-known organizations and companies in Azerbaijan.
