Specialists of SOCAR Turkey R&D and Innovation Co. visit Baku Higher Oil School

A delegation from SOCAR Turkey R&D and Innovation Co. has visited SOCAR's Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).

After touring the campus and laboratories of the university, the guests met with BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov.

The rector expressed satisfaction with meeting with the guests at Baku Higher Oil School and provided them with information about the university. He said that BHOS students have great potential and are interested in research, and that the high results achieved by them at the Teknofest festival, which was held for the first time in Baku, prove this. Elmar Gasimov stressed the importance of expanding cooperation to encourage students interested in research.

Director General of SOCAR Turkey R&D and Innovation Co.  Bilal Guliyev, in turn, said that Baku Higher Oil School has a large human capital and the implementation of joint projects would be beneficial. He expressed their readiness to provide necessary support to BHOS students and graduates who are interested in research.

Then, Director of BHOS Innovation & Research Center Farad Kamyabi informed the guests about the activities of the Center, the implemented projects and the successes achieved.

The meeting continued with discussion of the prospects of cooperation between Baku Higher Oil School and SOCAR Turkey R&D and Innovation Co. in areas of mutual interest.
