Your names were indicated in the Order on Granting the Presidential Scholarship to Students Admitted to Higher Educational Institutions in academic year 2015/2016, as of September 14, 2015, issued by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This honor was granted to 17 BHOS students. This is the matter of pride and manifestation of your great success. Every student admitted to our higher school may find new horizons and chances for further development. We see the success of Azerbaijani youth and our students as our own success, and we heartily rejoice at this achievement.
