PASHA Bank employee conducts training for BHOS students

Leader of the Digital Non-Credit Products Group of the SME Banking Department of PASHA Bank OJSC, Khanim Rustamova, has conducted a training on “Creative Business Strategy and Dynamic Product Management” at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).

The training covered the following topics:  Canvas Business Model, SWOT Analysis, the role of UX (user experience) in gaining potential customers and managing the business through creating lasting satisfaction and long-term value.  

The employee of PASHA Bank also shared her experience with students and gave them recommendations.

At the end of the training, Khanim Rustamova answered the students' questions and provided them with detailed information on issues of interest to them.
