Baku Higher Oil School hosting 3rd International Student Research and Science Conferences
Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) is hosting the 3rd International Student Research and Science Conferences dedicated to the 99th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The conferences run from April 18 to 29.
The 3rd International Student Research and Science Conferences began with the Conference on Petroleum Geoscience and Engineering. At the conference, young researchers from Baku Higher Oil School, Baku State University, SOCAR's Oil & Gas Scientific Research and Project Institute, ANAS Institute of Geology and Geophysics, ANAS Institute of Oil and Gas, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University made presentations on Petroleum Geoscience and Engineering.
As part of the 3rd International Student Research and Science Conferences, the Conference on Process Automation and Information Security 2022 will be held on April 26-27 and the Conference on Sustainable Development in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering will be held in April 27-29. Young researchers from Baku Higher Oil School, ANAS Institute of Information Technologies, National Aviation Academy, ANAS Institute of Control Systems, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Baku State University, Azerbaijan State Marine Academy will make presentations at the conferences.
238 theses were selected for this year’s conferences. 101 of these theses were selected from BHOS.
The student-led conferences provide a platform for participants from different local and foreign educational institutions and research centers to showcase their research work and innovative ideas in varied fields. The overall objective of the conferences is to enhance research collaboration between students and create opportunities for sharing the best practices and experience as well as to identify, recognize, and publish presented papers in the conference proceedings.
Working languages of the conferences: Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
