Founded on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, Baku Higher Oil School has become in a short time a prestigious higher educational institution, a well-known brand in the country and around the world, and it continues to make great contributions to the socio-economic development of the country.

BHOS has established effective cooperation with the world's leading science and education centers, and the number of students who choose this university to receive quality education has increased significantly.

Rich scientific potential has been formed at Baku Higher Oil School with the involvement of highly qualified specialists, up-to-date training and practice has been organized at this university, and significant progress has been made in training professional engineers for the oil industry.
