A student of the Baku Higher Oil School participated in a competition organized by the European Union

During this weekend I was in the hackathon organized by The Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan, the Young European Ambassadors and EU-funded "AgroVision" project. The main theme of the hackathon will be intensifying the urban-rural link and increasing national consumption of locally made food products. The purpose of the two-day event is to bring together representatives of the IT and Start-up communities in Baku with local food producers from the regions to solve current issues in the food production, distribution, and consumption.

I participated here with my collegues from Kapital Bank - Huseyn Gambarov, Amina Hajiyeva, Kamaladdin Ahmadzada, Tural Salamov. During these two days we have developed an idea and created its business model where described the problem that is solved by our product, the solution that we provide and our competitive advantage, as well as other important factors. In the end we won third place in this competition between 13 teams.
