President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev, has issued an order awarding employees of SOCAR’s subordinate enterprises and organizations who participated in military operations conducted under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to liberate the occupied territory of Azerbaijan from Armenian aggression.

 

Additionally, the employees of the Transport Department who participated in the hostilities as civilian drivers, and citizens who took part in the information war using various foreign-language social platforms were awarded the Certificate of Honor and a one-time payment in the amount of 500 (five hundred) manats in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Regulation on Awarding the Certificate of Honor.

 

Among the awardees is an employee of Baku Higher Oil School, a maintenance engineer Agasalim Gafarov.

 

During his work at BHOS Agasalim Gafarov distinguished himself with his knowledge and skills, technical literacy and discipline. While serving in the army, he took an active part in the battles for the liberation of several regions.
