          Specialist from InvestAZ investment company holds master class at Baku Higher Oil School


          Within the framework of the “Professional Business Talks” sessions, organized by the Business Administration Training Center of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), Education Manager of the investment company InvestAZ, Ph.D. in Economics Rovshan Mammadov held a master class at BHOS on the topic “Practical activities in financial markets” for MBA students.


             The event was organized jointly with the Society of Business Management, the Association of Stock Market Participants of Azerbaijan (AFBIA) and the Investment company InvestAZ CJSC. 

 
            During the master class, Rovshan Mammadov gave BHOS students information about financial markets, types and participants of  stock exchanges, and motivations for trading in stock exchanges. He also spoke about the possibility to make a profit through the purchase and sale of financial assets, margin trading, credit leveraging and analytical analysis methods. Rovshan Mammadov noted that the development of the stock market, which is one of the main components of the financial market, is one of the priority areas of the state policy.


            “Gaining deep knowledge of the stock markets’ operating principles will help students become specialists in various fields of business administration,” he added.

 
             Rovshan Mammadov also answered MBA students’ questions and thanked the BHOS leadership for the support in organizing the master class.


            The student, who actively participated in the Q & A session, received a book “ABC of financial markets” from Baku Higher Oil School’s library. 

 

            The Business Administration Training Center of Baku Higher Oil School operates under the slogan "Learn management from managers". The center regularly holds the “Professional Business Talks” sessions. The main purpose of these sessions is to form a business worldview in students, as well as to create the opportunity for them to communicate and share ideas with managers.
