            The Innovations & Research Centre of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) held its first informational session at the BHOS campus.

 

            Director of the Innovations & Research Centre Farad Kamyabi first gave the participants of the event general information about the center. Then, he informed them about the future goals and objectives of the Innovations & Research Centre.

 

            The director noted that in order to be successful, a person should not set limits for himself, and that if a person learns to look at problems from different angles, he will be able to find innovative ideas.

 

             After that, the representative of Social Innovation Lab Mahin Jabrayilova and the 3rd year student of Chemical Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School  Gullu Huseynli made presentations on the topics: “Transition from an innovative idea to a startup”, “Ways of creating startup teams and methods for properly presenting startups”, “Finding financial resources for startups”.

 

              The Innovations & Research Centre of Baku Higher Oil School has been operating since May of this year. The center was created with the purpose of helping students promote their innovative ideas and develop their startups.
