            Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) hosted the presentation of Adaptation Program, designed to integrate new employees into the BHOS personnel and adapt them to the working conditions at the school.

 

             The program provides for ensuring a high degree of satisfaction of new employees and increasing their motivation, reducing the training period for new employees, ensuring their active participation in all areas of corporate relations, as well as helping new employees achieve the required performance level.

 

             The program, implemented in universities such as Harvard, Oxford and Stanford, which are among the top ten higher education institutions in the world, is aimed at accelerating the process of integrating new employees into the organizational culture.
